Spingranny Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ceshiroza SRL, the company operating Spingranny under gaming licence ALSI-202408027-FI2 issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. The agreement governs your use of the Spingranny platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus participation, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the service, you accept these terms in full. These terms took effect on 21 April 2025 and supersede any prior version.

About us and licensing

Spingranny is operated by Ceshiroza SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. The platform holds a single multi-scope gaming licence, reference ALSI-202408027-FI2, granted by the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, covering casino, live casino, and sportsbook including esports under one authorisation. These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and any dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Costa Rica. Ceshiroza SRL operates within a wider network of casino brands running a shared platform; sister brands include LiraSpin, Savaspin, Rockyspin, and others, each held under a separate corporate entity.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, and we may request proof of age at any time. You may hold only one account on the platform; duplicate accounts are subject to closure and any associated balances may be forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, and you must update that information promptly if it changes. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account where these conditions are not met, where we have reason to believe the information provided is false, or where applicable law or our internal compliance procedures require it. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested again when you add a new payment method or at any other point we consider necessary. Residents of jurisdictions on our published restricted list are not eligible to register or play.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, SEPA, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, Paysafecard, Neosurf, and a range of cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, SOL, and XRP, as well as regional methods such as Interac and PIX where available in your location. The minimum deposit is approximately €20, varying by country and method; the full list of methods available to you is displayed in the cashier after registration. The minimum withdrawal is €50, rising to €120 depending on your country of residence and the method used. Casino-side withdrawal processing takes up to 72 hours, with most payouts completed within 24 business hours of approval; bank transfers require an additional period of up to 5 business days, while approved crypto withdrawals clear within minutes of release. Withdrawals above €10,000 are paid in monthly instalments capped at €10,000 per instalment until the full amount is settled. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Loyalty Rank; your current limits are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals are returned to the method used for the corresponding deposit, and deposited funds must be played through at least 3 times before a withdrawal is permitted. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms published on the relevant offer page, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonuses unless a promotion states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount, with a reduced rate of 35x applying to the HighRoller reload; sportsbook bonuses carry a 5x wagering requirement. The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active is €5 (or 10 CAD / 10 AUD / 5 CHF), and this limit applies to doubled bets after a round and to purchased bonus rounds. Winnings generated from a bonus are capped at 5x the bonus amount, and winnings from free spins are capped at €50 or local equivalent. Bonus validity is 14 days from crediting, with Welcome Package bonuses valid for 7 days; any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry. Game contribution towards wagering varies: slots contribute 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10% each, and table games, instant win, scratch cards, live games, and originals contribute 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and bonuses cannot be combined. We reserve the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where we identify advantage play, collusion, or other forms of bonus abuse, and to close the account where such conduct is confirmed.

Responsible gambling

If a complaint remains unresolved after internal escalation, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body, a relevant gaming authority, or directly to the Gaming Board of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, the licensing regulator named on this site. Server logs constitute the reference record in any dispute concerning game outcomes or transaction history.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice posted on the site before the updated terms take effect. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
